Free 2-7 day shipping within the United States. For orders outside the U.S., please contact customer service.

Return & Exchange Policy

• You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after purchase.
• Please contact us at idyllor@idyllor.com, tell us the return reason. After confirmation, we will send you the return address and a return label. We will pay for the shipping cost.
• Most refunds are fully refunded in 1-2 working days after we receive your returned items.
