30-day return policy
You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after receiving.
Damages and issues
- Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

- Further instructions will be given through email.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at idyllor@idyllor.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be the following options:
- Within 30 natural days after receiving the item(s), the outer packing, accessories, gifts, and manual of the products shall be complete without any man-made damage.
- The product is not used and doesn’t affect the secondary sale.
- Within 30 natural days after receiving the goods, a non-artificial functional defect was found in the product.
Refunds
Most refunds are fully refunded in 1-2 working days after we receive your returned items. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
